“Find a way to connect to the drivers and their families.”

The Taste of ATS cookbook project was created as a way to connect Anderson Trucking Service employees, truck drivers, and their families by celebrating the diverse culinary traditions within the company. The goal was to build a sense of community and belonging, making every employee feel like a part of the Anderson family.

The cookbook was designed with care, featuring photography, layout, and illustrations that brought each recipe to life. It showcased family recipes submitted by employees, with the aim of honoring the stories and cultures behind the meals. To raise awareness and engage with employees, email blasts were sent out, encouraging participation in the collection of recipes.

Once the cookbook was complete, it was made available for purchase on the company store for just $10, with all proceeds benefiting the employee assistance foundation to support those in need.

In addition to the cookbook, a Pinterest account and landing page were created to further promote the recipes and encourage interaction within the company.

A Pinterest account and a landing page were also used as tools to raise awareness and show off all of the recipes collected.
